Food and Drink
There is no eating in the library, or in either seminar room. This includes all snacks no matter how small or quick it will be to eat. You are welcome to bring a drink in with you as long as it is in a sealed container (ex. water bottle or travel mug). Please keep drinks away from the computers.
Seminar rooms and Teaming Tables
You can book out the seminar rooms or teaming tables in advance if you're interested in using one for quiet space or group work. To book a room or table, please come see Ms. Taylor or Ms. McCarthy.
Fines, Lost and Overdue Books
Students are responsible for all materials that have been checked out in their name. Overdue materials accrue a fine of 25 cents per day, up to a maximum of $5.00 per item.
If a book is lost, a student is responsible for paying the full cost of replacing the item.
Lost or overdues on your account will prevent you from borrowing further materials.

Chromebooks
Make sure you have your library card with you to check out a chromebook. They can be booked for 1 period at a time, and if you need it for longer you can check back in with the library to see if it is still available. You MUST have a clean library account in order to borrow a chromebook. This means no overdue materials or fines on your card.
Personal Devices
You are responsible for any technology or devices that you bring with you to the library. Don't leave your tech unattended.
You're welcome to plug in any chargers with the plugs provided around the library. Please avoid stretching cords across the floor too far so that no one trips.
If you are watching videos or listening to music, please make sure you respect everyone around you and use headphones.
